SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS

West Franklin USD #287 is looking for individuals who enjoy working with students and would like to substitute teach on an as needed basis. Substitute teacher applicants must have a minimum of 60-college credit hours and will need a current Emergency Substitute Certificate on file. Also, our substitutes will have a new opportunity this year to take some short training courses geared specifically for substitute teachers through the Internet. Substitute teachers can earn between $75.00 and $85.00 per day. SUBSTITUTE AIDES/SECRETARIES

West Franklin USD #287 is looking for individuals who enjoy working with students and would like to help in the schools and classrooms on an as needed basis. Substitute teacher aides and substitute secretary applicants need to complete an application at the District Office in Pomona. Substitute teacher aides and substitute secretary’s will make $7.15 per hour for services. SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS

West Franklin USD #287 is looking for individuals who enjoy being around students and would like to be a substitute bus driver or an activity trip bus driver. Substitute drivers will need to have a CDL with an S, P, and N endorsement, First Aide Class, Driver Improvement, DOT Physical, and must pass a drug test. All these requirements are reimbursable and training is provided by the Director of Transportation. Substitute bus drivers start at $10.13 per hour and activity trip drivers make $20.00 for the first two hours and $7.00 per hour thereafter.
