West Franklin Learning Center was opened to students in the USD 287 School District in August, 1998 by the USD 287 Board and Administration Staff who were committed to quality education for every student in the district.

To meet the educational, social, physical, psychological needs of our students by providing a learning enviroment in which students gain individual success through applied learning techniques and behavior management.
